How to obtain

Complete the Brotherhood of Steel quest Belly of the Beast to receive a full set of Ultracite Power Armor. After the quest, learn the Ultracite Power Armor crafting schematics from Paladin Taggerdy's terminal at Fort Defiance, then craft the right arm at a Power Armor Station.
